with sudden dysphagia while eating with drooling of saliva and req urgent inv. What would be

It is fairly common for old people to get something stuck in their esopahagus e.g. a piece of steak they were unable to chew properly, the clue is that she had sudden dysphagia WHILST eating. Most likely it is impacted in the LES and should be removed by endoscopy. Complete obstructions can cause drooling and the inability to swallow.
