A 33yo female complains of diplopia on upright gaze. Exam: ptosis can be seen. There are no
other complains or any significant PMH. What is the most appropriate inv for him?

Answer D
Because it is a sign of of acute hydrocephalus
  • Failure of upward gaze: Due to pressure on the tectal plate through the suprapineal recess; the limitation of upward gaze is of supranuclear origin
