Anticoagulation with warfarin for three months if high risk e.g. large anterior MI, thrombus

Antiplatelet therapy: aspirin 75mg + tricagrelor......clopidogrel if contraindicated

ACE-i.........ARB if contraindicated

B-blocker............Ca channel blocker if contraindicated: verapamil, diltiazem

Statin...........regardless of cholesterol levels
