A 60yo diabetic complains of pain in thigh and gluteal region on walking up the stairs for the last 6 months. She is a heavy smoker and has ischemic heart disease. What is the most appropriate

answer: D
by thinking logically from the history you can exclude all except a and d.... but Buerger's disease is more in young men and also pain at rest is present.........with history of heart disease, DM, smoking =atherosclerosis
