46yo man, known case of chronic GN presents to OPD. He feels well. BP = 140/90mmHg. Urine
dipstick: protein ++, blood ++ and serum creatinine=106mmol/L. Which medication can prevent
the progression of this dx?

a. ACEi
b. Diuretics
c. Cytotoxic meds
d. Longterm antibiotics
e. Steroids

Keep BP <130/80, or <125/75
if proteinuria >1g/d. Include an ACE-i or ARB as these have proven benefits in reducing
proteinuria and preserving renal function.
