- Temporal headache +/- Scalp inflammation
- Sudden painless loss of vision /diplopia
- Jaw Claudication
Late
- Aortic arch syndrome : pulseless disease
- Aortic aneurysm

Inv
- High ESR
- Tempral artery biopsy (giant cells, mononucleaur cells)

Treatment
- Immediate High dose Prednisone 
- low dose aspirin
