• mucocutaneous
- oral thrush, esophagitis (chest pain, odynophagia), vulvovaginitis, balanitis, cutaneous (diaper rash, skin folds, folliculitis), chronic mucocutaneous, angular cheilitis (perlèche) of the corners of the mouth.
- small satellite lesions beyond the margin of the rash
• invasive
candidemia, endophthalmitis, endocarditis, UTI (upper tract), hepatosplenic disease
n.b. CMV esophagitis is unlikely to cause angular cheilitis
