A 28 yo female presents with a 3m hx of diarrhea. She complains of abdominal discomfort and
passing stool 20x/day. Exam=febrile. Barium enema shows cobblestone mucosa. What is the
most likely dx?
a. Ameoba
b. Colon Ca

d. CD

Crohns disease
- cobblestone on barium enema = diagnostic
- frequent small stools more of a feature in UC but can happen in crohns
- fever more of a feature in crohns
