A term baby born to a 30yo woman of blood group A-ve develops severe jaundice within the

ABO incompatibilty requires a blood group O mother, this woman was Group A Rh negative, so the fetus being Rh positive would have taken anti Rh antibodies from his mother...leading to hemolytic anemia and jaundice
