Homogenous opacity in lower lung after a stab (441/1700)

A 16yo teenager was brought to the ED after being stabbed on the upper right side of his back.
Erect CXR revealed homogenous opacity on the lower right lung, trachea was centrally placed.
What is the most probable explanation for the XR findings?
a. Pneumothorax
b. Hemothorax
c. Pneumonia
d. Tension pneumothorax
